Pic me is a self timer for the iPhone's camera. Used by itself, it's impossible to get into the picture, like the blue guy. It's also realy hard to hold the camera at arm's length and take a picture of yourself (perhaps in front of the Eiffel Tower.)

I'm often on the floor with my subjects, so I put the phone beside me, set up for a three second delay after a nudge. I reach out and bump the phone, listen for the countdown clicks, and the sound. The dog looks (or not, depending on the sound and his temperament) and I get the picture. Bump the phone and try again.

Ever go out to eat with someone who orders a couple of drinks, a bottle of wine, the filet mignon, and Bananas Foster while you have a Cobb salad and then expects to split the bill in two? If you’re tired of subsidizing someone like that, try Dine and Divide. It will let you assign the items to the people that ordered them, divide the tax and the tip equitably, and do it while Chucky with the calculator is still trying to find the on button. It will handle big parties and small, and if you have a group of people with whom you frequently go out, you can keep their names in lists you can recall in an instant.
D&D handles coupons, discount, and gift certificates. It give you tipping choices that range from "never come here again" to "we'll do anything to make you happy." And when you're done, email a copy of the split to your diners.
Here's a link to our "Situations" web site. It looks better on an iPhone.
